Open the contents of the package by right clicking on Adobe Photoshop CS6.app,go to Content and then to Mac OS folder,double click on Adobe Photoshop CS6 app. Illustrator CS5 – CS5 is 32-bit and won’t work but CS6 should work. InDesign – CS5 and CS6 will not work. Acrobat Pro – Acrobat DC and Acrobat Reader DC both contain 32-bit components so you will not be able to use it in Catalina.
CS6 is a 32 bit suite of apps that was discontinued in 2012 by Adobe.

Apple was very clear about 32 bits app support going away since High Sierra. Mojave issued clear warnings about 32 bit apps no longer being supported in the next version. This should not be a surprise.
Anyway, your options at this point are:
- Get a new 64 bit version of Photoshop that will work in Catalina or
- Uninstall Catalina and go back to Mojave or High Sierra if you need to keep running CS6.
